Recourse

Lobbyisme Québec makes every effort to provide high quality services. Despite all our efforts to serve you well, situations may arise where you wish to file a complaint. If you have any comments or complaints to make regarding the quality of our services, we invite you to contact us, in particular by using the Contact Us online form.

Complaints (available in French only) are forwarded to a dedicated team, overseen by the secretary general. This team handles complaints in complete confidentiality within the stipulated deadlines.

Deadline:

  • Twenty business days following receipt of the complaint, if the complaint is not made anonymously.

This response details the reasons leading Lobbyisme Québec to reject or uphold the complaint, as the case may be. When the complaint is upheld, the dedicated team specifies in its response the actions planned to remedy the situation, if applicable, and the interventions that Lobbyisme Québec will carry out in order to prevent the situation referred to in the complaint from recurring.

No follow-up is carried out in the case of a comment, unless the dedicated team deems it appropriate and the author is not anonymous.

Do you prefer to make an anonymous complaint?

It is possible to make a complaint anonymously. However, if the information provided proves to be insufficient or incomplete, we will not be able to communicate with you. This could prevent your complaint from being processed.
