Anyone who has witnessed lobbying activity that is not listed in Carrefour Lobby Québec can file a report. Regarding the Lobbying Transparency and Ethics Act, three components are necessary :

All the information provided in your report is confidential and protected by the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information. Consequently, they will only be accessible to persons authorized to process your report. Anyone else will not know your identity.
A Lobbyisme Québec inspector will contact you to validate the information received and collect additional information, if necessary.
DEADLINE 10 working days for sending a response as to the follow-up that will be given. The complainant will be informed of the conclusions as soon as the intervention is completed
