Your mandate can be published spontaneously, in a few clicks by authorized persons, from your cell phone or computer. The follow-up of the registration by the authorized persons and the verification by the Commissioner can be done a posteriori, thus ensuring timely transparency for all.

When you create your Espace professionnel you will have access to a “dashboard” type interface where your profile, contact information, address book, notification box, as well as access to the group spaces to which you belong and to the mandates that concern you, will be displayed.
An assistance process for registration
With access to the Espace collectif, to which all mandates must be attached, assistance processes will guide you in the drafting, publication, follow-up, updating and management of your mandates.
Several formatted selection fields will allow you to efficiently enter the information required for the publication of your mandates, thus limiting the manual entry of information.
Some of these fields are connected to public databases (e.g.: Registre des entreprises, Légis-Québec, etc.) and will simplify your registration as they will promote the consistency and validity of the information in your mandates.

With your access to the Espace collectif, you can easily consult your colleagues and, if necessary, collectively draft a mandate before its publication.
While preserving your autonomy, a technological module will allow you to follow in real time the progress of a mandate in which you are involved in your firm, company or organization.
